Marshall Goldberg is a Harvard and Stanford-educated lawyer and award-nominated TV writer. He served in the U.S. Justice Department and Senate before writing for major television shows. He later taught law and screenwriting, published a novel, and produced Justice, USA, a 2024 MAX documentary series on the criminal justice system.
