Maria DeLiberato, Esq.,
Maria DeLiberato has served as FADP Executive Director since June 2022. Throughout her career, she has had an up-close view of the deep flaws and inequities in Florida’s criminal justice system, specifically as it relates to the death penalty. As a capital litigation attorney for 16 years, Maria has handled all aspects and stages of capital representation. A former Assistant State Attorney in Miami-Dade County, Maria spent nearly 13 years representing individuals on Florida’s death row in their post-conviction appeals.
Bridget Maloney
Bridget Maloney joined FADP in early 2021, as a part-time Administrative Assistant before becoming a full-time Communications Coordinator, responsible for cultivating and retaining FADP’s network of thousands of supporters and creating and implementing the tools and resources members use in their advocacy efforts. In 2023, Bridget enrolled in law school while continuing to work full-time for FADP.
